Shipping Policy

Most orders shipped within the continental United States will be processed within 3-6 business days and dispatched via your selected shipping method. During sale periods or new collection launches, order processing may take up to 5-7 business days; please allow sufficient time accordingly. Estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers do not apply to orders containing pre-order items. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

International shipping fees are calculated by the shipping carrier based on the total order weight, package volume, shipping destination, and item retail prices. Any additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping applies only to continental U.S. orders over $35, excluding APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Some restrictions may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Jizora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Jizora is also not liable for incorrect delivery or loss of packages due to inaccurate shipping information provided during checkout. Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order.

If you add Route Shipping Protection to your order, this service provides coverage for online purchases that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen immediately after the carrier’s proof of delivery (subject to full transportation tracking by Route). You may file a claim here.

If the address shown in your order confirmation email needs to be updated, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Shipping fees will not be refunded for packages returned to us due to incorrect address information, and returned packages may be subject to a restocking fee.
